Payment

We accept Bank Deposits, Online Bank Transfers, Cheques and Cash or EFTPos on Pickup (Palmerston North Only). once you have decided on what to buy, click on “Checkout” in the top left-hand corner, choose the preferred options(i.e Shipping address, type of payment), then when you get to the last step of the “Checkout” process, you will be provided with our bank details. Please note that we do not offer a Cash Refund(See below). Once you have paid for an item, the transaction is irreversible.

Delivery

We ship within one week of confirmed payment, the shipment usually takes 1 day to 2 weeks to receive your product depending on where you are located.
Massage.co.nz does not ship products/items outside of New Zealand.

Refund and Warranty

We do not offer a Cash Refund however we do offer warranty on selected items, you will find the warranty of that particular item on the product listing, if the warranty is not stated there, it is not offered for that product. You can purchase a Warranty Card which covers the warranty of all items listed in this store.
