Relaxation Massage
We use Swedish massage techniques to help you unwind and relax. Available in 60 minute full body and 30 minute back, neck and shoulder sessions.

Massage can stimulate and relax the body and the mind. The skin, blood and lymphatic systems are stimulated, which boots circulation, aids cellular renewal and removes toxic wastes. As tense muscles relax, stiff joints loosen and nerves are soothed, an overall feeling of relaxation and well-being comes about.
This method uses rhythmic movements to stimulate and relax. Most work is done on the muscles, soft tissue and joints. Swedish or relaxation massage is beneficial to health, encouraging circulation and stimulating the lymph system.
What to Expect
A thorough massage session takes at least one hour, during which you will be comfortably supported in a seated or side-lying position and draped for your comfort. Only the body part being worked on is exposed. The room will be quiet, warm and comfortable. It is fine to interrupt the massage to use the restroom, however, for maximum comfort, avoid heavy eating and drinking for two hours before your session.
