Note: Availability of appointments on the same day contact is made, are extremely rare.
Rates start at $40 per half hour and $60 per hour session.
It is recommended your first session is an hour so we are able to obtain a more in depth history of your muscular complaint.
Gift Certificates

Relaxation Massage
* We use Swedish massage techniques to help you unwind and relax. Available in 60 minute full body and 30 minute back, neck and shoulder sessions.
Therapeutic Massage
* Therapeutic massage is used as an intervention to improve body alignment and function. Whether in the easing of pain or the restoration of suppleness and mobility to restricted tissues, we can help your body get back to its optimal condition faster.
Sports Massage
* Whether you are a full time sport professional or a weekend warrior we cater to all your sports massage needs, before and after game, remedial or conditioning during the out of season time. Why not inquire about our competitive rates for event massage – have your very own massage therapist on site at your game when you need it most.
Kinesio Taping
* Kinesio Taping is no longer only available to top sports people, you too can now benefit from this revolutionary taping technique.
* Kinesio taping is a taping treatment designed to facilitate the bodys natural healing process, while allowing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting your bodys range of motion.
* Kinesio taping can be done in conjunction with any massage treatment.
Sports Taping/Strapping
* Rigid taping is available to help you sustain mobility during your crucial games.
Dry Needling
* Dry needling is an effective way to help eliminate muscular pain and dysfunction.
* It is used in conjuction with massage to treat acute and chronic pain, rehabilitation from injury and even pain and injury prevention.
* Although accupunture needles are used, dry needling is not accupuncture. The needles are placed specifically into targeted soft tissue in order to restore function and/or control pain.
* For your safety, we only use serile, single use disposable needles.
* If you are a blood donor, we are registered with the NZ Blood Service as an approved provider.
* The use of needles can be discussed during the consultation.
Pregnancy Massage
