Introducing the One Body Experience.
We are all busy individuals, often with many things on the go at once. When was the last time you put yourself and your wellness first? Do you regularly treat yourself and you are looking for something different?
We only have one body in this lifetime, and we need to look after ourselves.
What I offer is a unique experience tailored to your individual needs. Each session could contain a range of techniques, entirely depending on YOU. For example, it may be a combination of massage, reiki, intuitive guidance or any of the other amazing techniques I offer.
This is not a “soft and fluffy” session. You will be an active participant in your healing journey, which requires you to be open and honest with yourself, and willing to work with me to unlock your potential.
Sessions are $170 and will be up to 2 hours in length. This does not mean it will definitely be that long, it may be shorter, it entirely depends on what you need on the day, and how you respond to the treatment given.
